- From initial consultation, after identifying requirements and developing a specification, we will compile a design brief.
- At this point a Design Sketch Scheme will be produced and with further discussion and analysis, a Working Drawing can be produced.
- We will liaise with and submit all required documents and drawings to the Local Authority Planning Department.
- We will take responsibility for the Local Authority Building Control stage and liaise with inspectors to ensure a smooth application.
